I recently bought a Lomo anamorphic lens and attached the nifty fifty canon lens to it. It seems to have a 1.75x stretch. It’s great and is pretty sharp! I just shot this mini doc using it. The main segments were filmed with a Canon 5D using the Lomo anamorphic lens modified with a Canon 50mm lens. The B&W cuts camera was the Canon t2i 17-50mm f2.8 lens. Canon 5D Mark II firmware 2.0.3...ISSUES!!!

Earlier this week Canon finally released the long awaited firmware giving 5D users various framerates like 24 (23.976) , 25 (PAL 25) and proper 30 (NTSC 29.97), but the links have been taken down statside due to the audio issues and not being able to record when using the Custom “C” modes..
